All four run on the shared warehouse network in Shenzhen, Yiwu, Dongguan and Zhengzhou.

Yes — that's the core of Parcel Forwarding. When you check out on Taobao, JD, Pinduoduo or 1688, just put our China consolidation address down as the delivery address. On arrival we unpack, inspect and photo-log each item and store it free for 90 days. Once you've got what you want, submit a consolidation request and we pack it and ship it to your address abroad. No minimum order — we'll send a single parcel.

Consolidating parcels from several marketplaces into one box typically saves 30–50% versus shipping each item directly. On timing: air freight lines usually run 3–20 days, DHL/UPS around 5–10, EMS 15–25, and sea or rail about a month. Real rates and the actual transit time for your destination are shown when you book — we'll always tell you the expected delivery date up front.

Yes — but they need the right channel. Batteries, liquids, cosmetics, powders and food are not 'no-go'; they need a line that can actually clear them. We declare the goods properly, pick the matching route, and reinforce what needs reinforcing. Send us your item list before booking and we'll tell you exactly which line to use.

We photo-log every parcel on arrival and you can see its status throughout. Lost parcels are covered under our agreed terms. For damage, we hold the arrival photos and the packing video, so once responsibility is clear we pay out directly — you don't have to argue with a carrier. The exact coverage terms for your route and declared value are shown at booking, before you commit.

Simple: put our China consolidation address in as the delivery address at checkout, then drop the tracking number into your forwarding account (or send it to us on WeChat). The moment a parcel hits the warehouse we unpack, inspect and photo it and update your status. Orders addressed to the same recipient can sit and combine, so waiting for the full haul is usually cheaper.

It depends where the goods go next: if you receive in China, process, then deliver to a domestic platform official warehouse (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) or hand off to your own carrier, choose Yunque Post. If you stock in a China warehouse and ship to overseas buyers on our cross-border lines, choose Cloud Warehouse. The same inventory can go either way, or combine the two by stage.

Everything is itemised before you pay: inbound, storage, consolidation and line-haul fees are listed separately. Storage is free for the first 90 days; after that it's charged per item per day.
