1. Order lands, system picks it up
Platform orders flow into the Yunque WMS through official APIs — no manual entry. Multi-store orders are handled in one back office.
2. Suppliers ship to our warehouse
No-inventory sellers use our warehouse address as their delivery address. Stock owners ship to the nearest of our warehouses; we sync on arrival.
3. Inspect, pack, label, re-label
Goods are inspected on arrival, labeled to platform spec, hangtags and outer packaging swapped as needed, checked order by order, then weighed and photographed before dispatch. Consolidation packed as you require.
4. Deliver to platform hub or hand off
We deliver to the right platform hub and can add runs during peaks, or hand off directly to Yuantou, YW, 4PX or your own carrier.
Official API connections to 17+ platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre and Ozon. These are official APIs rather than page scraping, so order status and SKU mapping are confirmed by the platform itself — nothing is retyped by hand, and no order goes missing when a page redesigns or a listing slips through. Other platforms can be assessed individually; tell us which ones you run on.
We handle SKU labeling, relabeling, hangtag swaps and repacking, processed per parcel with a record. Three things prevent errors: orders arrive through the official API rather than being retyped; SKU labels are traceable so every handling action can be checked in reverse; and both inbound and outbound parcels are weighed and photographed so weight and images corroborate. When you run several platforms, the system matches each order to the right warehouse and delivery route automatically rather than relying on memory. If something does go wrong, missing, damaged or mis-shipped items are compensated as agreed.
Four warehouses: Shenzhen (southern China export gateway), Dongguan (adjacent to Shenzhen, in the dense Pearl River Delta platform-hub cluster), Yiwu (central Zhejiang small-commodity hub) and Zhengzhou (central China hinterland, covering central and northwestern reach). The siting logic is simply proximity to official platform hubs, which keeps the delivery leg short. Dispatch scheduling follows each platform's inbound cut-off, matched to the nearest warehouse for your order and platform.
No. Your suppliers can send straight to our warehouse, where we inspect, pack, label, re-label, weigh and photograph, then deliver into the official platform hub or hand off to your nominated carrier. We own that entire leg and you only handle the order coming in. If you do want stock buffered, or you run multiple platforms, the same system handles that too.
Inbound inspection plus outbound weighing and photography catch problems before dispatch, so nothing defective goes to the hub in the first place. If you need to file a case with the platform afterwards, we supply the outbound photos, weights and handling records as evidence.
