Yes — everything runs in English. Send us a product link and we handle the Chinese: specifications, materials, ingredients, and whether the item contains batteries. We translate and explain so you can decide on a product without reading Chinese. The app is English throughout.
Sourcing and the app are free — there is no service fee and nothing charged per order. We earn on the goods themselves: sourcing, purchasing and shipping all have real costs, which we report to you. We only buy after you approve the price. So sourcing is free, but not unconditional — you will see a quote first and nothing is ordered until you say yes.

Yes. With Shopify or WooCommerce the app connects automatically, which is the most efficient route. Without them, order by email or chat and we enter it manually into the system — the same sourcing, inspection, labeling, packing and dispatch still happen. For smaller volumes the manual route is often more flexible anyway.
There is no hard minimum — dispatch starts from a single unit. Sourcing is largely about helping you test: find products with potential, run a small batch first, and replenish what sells. Most 1688 products carry their own single-unit minimum, and we flag that constraint up front so you can tell which ones suit a test order.
Yes. Labeling, relabeling, hangtag swaps, repacking and gift wrap are all available — tell us the branding requirements when you send samples. We also photograph the packed item before dispatch so you can confirm the finish, rather than discovering a wrong print or wrong label once it is overseas.
Fulfillment currently runs from our China warehouse — 2,000㎡, 6,000 parcels a day, shipping direct to your customers. Local dispatch inside the US or Europe is not a default capability of ours. If your model genuinely requires it we will tell you plainly what the options and costs are rather than being vague about it. Ask us directly; we would rather you know the boundary clearly and decide on real information.
Goods go into inspection and packing the day they arrive, and normally ship within 1–2 business days depending on volume and customization — labeling or repacking adds time. In peak season we talk scheduling with you in advance rather than letting you find out at the last minute. Tracking pushes back into your store automatically after dispatch.
